I didn't discover Tinguinha's DVD until a year and half into my training, but it still helped me tighten up a number of positions, especially the mount. I recommend this DVD, along with Roy Dean's Blue Belt Requirements, to anyone getting started in BJJ. I also recommend to it anyone who wants to review their basics, which is never a bad idea.
