the material here is very basic and simple..but its just what one needs for a real fight.what reached me most was the sincerity of the participants and no doubt they are skilled.i think they could have showed much more than they did.the 2nd dvd is a rehash of the fitness routine in the first!!obviously these guys are not pro film makers.the dvd is a bit pricey.but im glad i bought it.its good but it could have been much better.thats my take.i hope he makes more street oriented videos.overall a good dvd.
