I have been studying BJJ and Aikido for about 7 years now and I am a big fan of Roy Dean as martial arts teacher and musical artist. I am also an orchestra conductor by profession and have really enjoyed his music especially this latest set of cds over the years. This set is well produced, good use of musical textures and a good groove to the beat. I find his music especially suited to training whether it is in the martial arts or any other type of physical activity. His music is catchy and they can just as easily tell a story. After hearing his music with the Roy Dean Academy videos over so many years I tend to associate Dean Sensei's music with various images.

I absolutely give this set of cds two thumbs up! Check it out.
