Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. This is a well taught DVD with great information. A lot of usable stuff. The 'Rey Diogo' sweep, 2 on 1 variations and omoplata sweeps were my favorites. I already used the Rey sweep in my game but I learned a few tricks to make it more effective and some good re-counters. The instructor also does a good job explaining theory and concepts and then details exactly how those concepts are applied in techniques. I love the sweeping game from guard and found this dvd extremely helpful.

I got this dvd and John Will's dvd on sweeps recently as I wanted to focus on sweeps. This dvd has some good points but I felt John's was much better. This is not a bad dvd but sometimes it felt slow and repetitive. Oh, and it's all on the closed guard, so if that what you're looking for you will be happy. If you want to learn sweeps from every position check out John Will.

Considering the price, this is a fantastic resource that should be a part of every practitioner's library.

I would add it's a great help to both beginner (for learning) and instructor (for teaching) because of the detailed and thorough style of Andreh's instruction.

Excellent DVD, which I purchased upon advice of my instructor. Mr.Anderson goes into alot of details that will immediately help to improve your closed guard game.
