No filler, no fluff. Just techniques that work, and numerous detailed photos. Everyone can stand to learn something from Garcia.

This book is great. The first day I got it I just remembered 3 techniques for training later in the evening. The techniques themselves weren't as important as using Marcelo's style of approach. I was dominant and submitting the same day I got the book. However, it is true much of the techniques can be found in his dvds. Also the book really tries to sell you into buying a membership for the MGinaction website constantly. For as much they advertised the site they should have offered a free trial which they don't.

Phenomenal book!!! I own soon many books and this one is probably my favourite. The BJJ theory alone is worth it much less the step by step instruction. I recommend this book to anyone who takes their BJJ game seriously :)
