I never write reviews, even for products that I have learned a lot from. BUT ... THIS is something else. I have enjoyed Mr. Vunak's work many, many years ago. I have been involved with martial arts for about 20 years now ... and I have to say that this material has actually functionalized all of the Chin Na and Weapons work I have learned over the years. And I come from a traditional family system. I'm pretty sure that much of this material isn't "new", I think it's actually the way that the old school guys fought to the death on the battlefield. This was the best money I've spent on training material that is actually applicable. Paul Vunak seems to be a reasonable, and understandable teacher as well. Hopefully I get to train with him one day. Don't listen to the BS on message boards bashing him. They aren't being honest about what you should expect in life or death combat, Mr. Vunak does.

Awesome dvd that's a great price here on budovids. Vunak delivers on making driving simple effective points home. I highly recommend this dvd. I could listen to him talk about martial arts for a very long time.
