I regret to say this series was a huge disappointment. There was a real lack of depth to the presentation, and there were no new concepts covered that if you have been in a kwoon for more than 2 years you probably haven't already been taught. I was hoping to gain a fresh perspective on movements, concepts, and applications, but none of that was offered.
