Tony Ceccine has some good instructionals including his original series, one called Double Trouble and a few others. This is not one of his better ones. A friend that has this one was completely turn off by Ceccine instructionals until he saw his original series which he really liked a lot and wouldn't stop talking about how good it was and all the great techniques Cecchine teaches there.
