Good quality visuals. Pity abt the instruction. Will appeal to those seeking basic instruction (I do mean BASIC). Everyone else will probably be better off with the CSW material.

Randy demonstrates his "bread-n-butter moves that you've seen him use in the Octagon. Good 4-camera angle production.

He covers entering to the clinch, takedowns from the clinch, open takedowns from the outside setting up with strikes. What I like about that is he gives examples of entering against an orthodox vs. Southpaw opponent. He also covers submissions like Anaconda choke, Gator roll, and D'arce choke. Of course he throws in sections on Ground-n-Pound, Cage tactics, and dirty boxing.

This is a great DVD for a Jiu Jitsu guy or striker who wants to improve their transition /Greco Roman game.
