All of Vunak's video offerings tend to be very similar material. HOWEVER, if this were your first exposure to Vunak, this is absolutely GREAT stuff.
Even if its not your first Vunak video set, he does offer some interesting perspectives that he hasn't shared before.
I consider Paul Vunak, Steve Grody, Ron Balicki, Eric Paulson, and Burton Richardson to be some of the BEST and BRIGHTEST folks to have come from the Inosanto Academy. As a result, if you have the slightest interest in JKD or Kali (or even MMA), these are the folks to go to. Great stuff.
