Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. What a great set. More advanced students might pass this one up thinking they know all the moves but I'd be willing to bet you don't know all of the small details that Marcio teaches. Heck, even if you know it all there is still a lot you can learn about HOW to teach. I've never taken a class from him but it's evident that Marcio is a master instructor.

If you are a beginner starting at Gracie Barra then this DVD set is the first 16 weeks lessons. A great tool for reviewing classes and remembering the little things that can make BJJ so confusing when you�re starting out. A massive help!
