Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Basic half guard techniques,nothing new here,and the English voice is terrible!
Definitely not worth the price!!!

I've been training for jiu jitsu for 2 1/2 years now and i wouldn't say these are basic half guard techniques some are but most are advanced and all require practice. I didn't pay full price for the dvd but after watching it a couple times I'd say you probably shouldn't spend more than $60 on it.
