Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Ryan Hall's approach, in all his video's, begins with a framework based on fundamental concepts. These concepts will be applicable to your whole game. Ryan Hall does not teach "magic moves" that will always work, but a way of systematically breaking down and attacking your opponent.....this video just happens to use the triangle as the focus. A must have for anyone who considers themselves a student of BJJ.
