Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. This review is kind of hard to write. Yes, Ryan shows a lot of details but almost everything is heel hooks. I understand HH are the best attack from 5050 but if you are playing by ibjjf rules (which I do) then you can't do them. So if you aren't interested in heel hooks there is about 10% of useful info here. I would have loved to see more details on taking the back from 5050 and other things that mendes bros are famous for.
