Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

nice to see all this info in one place, but its all very basic. any hardcore fan and or practitioner of mma knows 90-100percent of this already. good dvd but if really want to be a judge you problay already know almost everything on here.
