It is actually the 14th WKC (World Kendo Championships) edition. The All Japan Kendo Championships edition comes out 12/24/09 and features Uchimura (the winner) on the cover. Just finished watching the DVD and I think it is All Region. Most of the matches are edited to be really short and better quality video of the matches are available on Youtube.
