The book "Stretching and warm-up" is intended for those readers who would like to achieve real increase in flexibility and mobility of joints in as much as possible short terms, to improve the general condition of organism, to get higher degree of endurance, accuracy and ease of executed movements.
The complexes of exercises presented in the book, represent the ancient methods checked up by centuries used in Tokugare ryu ninjutsu to expand extremely the possibilities of a human body, to prepare it for the efforts, connected with specific activity of medieval ninja.
Besides, in the appendix are presented systems of flexibility development in the Chinese and Japanese fighting arts, static and dynamic complexes on flexibility development in yoga, methods of stretching of actors of the Chinese opera (sitsyuy ugun).
