The given collection included translations of the first manuals of singtsuang, written for students of the Peking state university and students of university "Tsinhua": the book by Lee Tsyangtsyu "Fist art singyi" and the book by Lyu Dyancheng "Subtleties of fist arts Hsingyi". Besides the theory of style and the medieval treatise on fist art, attributed to general Yue Fey, in the book are included such applied sections singtsuang, as "Fist of five primary elements", "Fist of twelve forms", "Sword of five primary elements", "Sword of twelve forms", "Spear of five primary elements" and "Spear of twelve forms". Descriptions of some sections of techniques are published in Russian for the first time.
