A continuation from "Restraint & Removal: The Aiki Concept", this DVD further demonstrates the applications of Aikido outside the dojo with self-defense as the focus. It provides you with an insight into what Aikido can lead to once you have mastered the basics and are able to maintain control of your body.

Each of the ten techniques, from various attacks is shown in different settings and an in-depth description is given prior to the techniques demonstrated. The techniques are shown in both slow motion and with close-up still images, enabling the view to appreciate the workings of the technique.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem.
