Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Bought this based off the quality of the clich dvd. Talk about a 180. maybe 10 minutes of the dvd is dedicated to elbows and almost no verbal instruction is given. Definitley feel cheated out of 35 bucks.
