Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. I own Roy Deans Blue Belt Requirements "Which are excellent" and these really helped me with the finer details of my game as a White Belt. Roy deans Purple belt requirements are very different to others on the market, I feel this DVD will give me the tools and direction needed to progress to Purple Belt 5/5

This DVD is an absolute must for everyone whether you are a fierce competitor or a BJJ hobbiest. I just got it this morning and it's the kind of DVD that makes you watch it again and again and again. The instruction is clear and concise and will inspire you and improve your game beyond measure. It is very different from anything I've seen very much like his blue belt requirements DVD.
The devil is in the details and Roy Dean covers them all and then some.

Most people think they know BJJ, Roy Dean knows BJJ. It is very evident that his depth of BJJ is superior to many of the others out there. This video gives you the road map to your BJJ path. The correct path, not 900 techniques, but how to truly progress. If I could give the dvd a 10 star rating I would. All I can say is thank goodness people like Roy Dean exist to genuinely help people advance their game.

Wow....is all I can say. my training was kinda getting boring because i was not sure how to progress, but now when I roll i am Stringing submissions together with my transitions. This DVD will make your game better no doubt. I agree with sean Inniss comment about the "correct path, not 900 techniques" that is hitting the nail on the head.

During your journey in bjj you get these "lightbulb" moments where things start to click and make sense. A couple of those moments for me was watching Roy Dean's blue belt and purple belt requirements. His combination examples and his tips and guidelines really gave me a sense of direction and immediately had a positive impact on my game. Roy Dean is a blessing to the bjj community and his videos have the highest rewatchability factor of any instructionals I've seen.

I agree with all of the other statements here. I actually like the blue belt requirements better but that doesn't take anything away from the quality of this set. I love the variations on techniques and the combinations he shows. Roy Dean's DVDs are some of the best out there.

These videos are terrible...I bought them after watching Roy Dean on youtube on the escape from the side control and thinking it would be similar...They should be ashamed for producing the videos...I've bought numerous BJJ videos and this is the worst of them all.
