Reilly is a great teacher and competitor. I enjoyed the simple details and his teaching methodology to leg locks. After some practice and drilling the material from the DVD, I used what was taught in class with great results!

This video is ok,, it's focus is on one postion as you can see in three of the four picture boxes.It shows how to keep the position and a couple of variations when your opponent tries to escape.

This dvd was excellent. He covers a lot of contingencies and material for a single seminar video. He focuses on one main position, and how to gradually tighten and solidify it while encountering any contingencies along the way. At any point, of course, you can finish the opponent, but if you are able to make it to what he calls position four, the other guy isn't going anywhere. His entries and flow between the leg positions are all solid, fluid, and workable against real pressure. It's not meant to give an indepth covering of all facets of leg locks, but for what it sets out to do it succeeds admirably. And ironically, I would recommend it far above several other notable leglock dvd series' that seem to cover more material. Awesome purchase.

Great video, I have been watching Reilly Bodycomb’s keg lock techniques on You Tube and at lockflow.com for some time. He has a great instruction style and breaks down the technique in a manner that is systematic and easy to follow. This video is a great place to start for anyone interested in developing a leg lock game.

I really like the DVD. There's lots of good info in the main series, plus great hints in the segments where participants are drilling the moves. The leg control philosophy works well for both "fast wrestling" and positional control grappling styles. Can't wait for more.

This DVD is a GREAT purchase for anyone wanting to incorporate leglocks into their game, or solidify leglocks as a finishing part of their game. Amongst the many good things I took from this was a new method to finish one of my best sparring partners (a bigger guy) from the stack and force him to become a better opponent. Turning a frown upside down :D

The footage is of a seminar so you get live humour and feedback. All in all... great info, well presented, really helped my game.
