Close Quarter Combat (CQC) by Major Jeffrey Prather, founder of Warriorschool. Prather, a Bujinkan master, developed CQC from Ninjutsu as a hand combat system for Army Special Forces while serving with 7th SFG (A). Filmed at Fort Lewis with 2nd Battalion Rangers, training in full gear and ruck. Improvised weaponry sequences include bayonet, rifle, handgun, carabiner, helmet, knife fighting and throwing, stalking, and sentry interdiction. This DVD is a great companion to the book. CQC has been officially used by units of the Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force.
