Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. One of my favorite videos

Many systema guy would agree with me on this

In this video you will learn the ABC's of multiple attacker self defence and he makes it as easy as learning the Alphabet

although his English skills were still a little weak in this video he makes up for it by his easy to understand actions and demostrations

I second the first review, the DVD was clear and the actions where nice and relaxed and fast. Vlad shows how you can apply anything from anywhere because fixed positions arise especially when people are grabbing or tieing you up. Simple but great DVD.
