About the Author

Joe Moreira (Newport Beach, Ca.) has 40 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the martial arts. He is the star of numerous instructional video and author of The Guard: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Details and Techniques, Vol. 2.
