Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Another Great set. Robson's spider guard is fantastic. All of the discs are great. Both of his sets are probably the best attacking sets I've ever seen. His teaching style is up there with Saulo Ribeiro or Carlos Machado, but those discs are more positional in nature. Robsons discs are more for the experienced bjj guy and have a ton of finishes.
