I bought this gi for my kids. They are very nice with one exception: The pants are the draw strings with no elastic which can be ok for adults but for kids they are very annoying as the pants will not stay up without the string being tied. When kids have to go to the bathroom during practice or competition it can be very tedious to have to make sure those pants are tied properly.

I strongly suggest that Vulcan starts to make the pants with BOTH elastic and draw string combined so that kids/parents can manage better.

I totally agree with straightAhead- great gi but needs elastic waist for the kids. I have purchased several vulkan gis over the last 2 years for my kids and I have had a tailor alter the waist so I wouldnt have to deal with drawstrings coming undone during class. I always recommend this to other parents esoecially for the girls.It allows kids to concentrate on learning rather than worrying about their underwear showing when they spar -noticed my daughter is more confident knowing her pants wont drop when training hard.
