Format:	Book & NTSC DVDNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. This is an awesome set. Who cares about the language issue. Buy this and enhance your half guard dramatically. The DVD is great. It has a tournament with Telles and Galvao fighting each other. These guys trained together as lower belts and fought in 2008 in Japan. Telles is the man.
