This was a bit of a let down to be honest. Nothing that hasn't been covered elsewhere many times. Actually found the material to be bland, predictable & not very helpful. Save your money! There are far better items on the market.

I thought this was an excellent DVD, with the material well presented. Unless you are a closed minded know-it-all, you should get a lot from this DVD! Another fine presentation from Sifu Tim Tackett!
