Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. I bought this video thinking I was going to get an in depth look at the different training camps in Japan. It wasn't what I thought it would be but it was still a decent video with entertaining footage and interviews.
