Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. This is one of the best tapes I have purchased. I would rate it five stars. If you are looking for instruction on the fundamentals of the open guard this is it.

The dvd lays out step by step the basic grips, foot positions and how to transition. It is basic, no fancy moves, but it is largely original material not covered anywhere else.

Tinguinha provides detailed instruction and the video quality is good.
