Included are weight-free excercises, plyometrics, dumbell/kettlebell excercises, ab work, stretching, and cardio alternatives to running. I expected a bit more on things like nutrition and cutting weight, but overall still a very good book. Recomended for all martial artists on the basis of how applicable the excercises are to building fighting fitness.

This is a FANTASTIC book showing body weight exercises, using dumbbells (cheaper) instead of kettlebells for swings, cleans, turkish getups, etc. A great book at a great price.
