Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. Great set. Robson has a very straight forward and controlling game. He gives a lot of nice details on things you already know and expands on that with new techniques. His cross side control is very practical and really open up the finishes as do his turtle attacks. I think this set has the best cross guard and butterfly guard stuff I've seen so far.

A very fundamentally sound instructional, Moura pays special attention to little details, which is great. Most of the submissions in this DVD incorporate usage and control of the Gi to execute, and he explains everything step by step. In particular, my favorite sections were 100 Kilos, which had some great side control tips, and the Robson Cross Guard, a useful and functional open guard, at the very least on par with a De la Riva (Which is my favorite open guard, coming from a leglock fanatic, but I digress)
