Good produced show that is a good alternate to the UFC DVD. Good fights and great presentation, but don't look for anything good out of the snoozer of bonus features.

EliteXC provides a great set of fights on this DVD. The main event featuring Frank Shamrock vs. Phil Baroni is an exciting and entertaining fight. Also features MMA stars Cung Le and Josh Thomson. Worth checking out, just for the fights.
