Disc 1: Getting to the Attack Position

Most of these transitions appear on DVD for the first time. Bonus training footage also included.

Disc 2: Submissions

Now that you know how to get to the attack position, Elvis shows you 10 innovative submissions to surprise and tap your opponent. Until now butterfly was my weakest guard. Now I always pulling butterfly and going straight for the crucifix. I think lot of people will like the techniques on here. I don't see these moves on other dvd I have.

This instructional I would say is fair at best. I came into this instructional hoping that in this day and age the producers would've taken into account that were are in a new millenia of grappling instructionals, but this one threw me back to the stone age.

All of the discs had a choice between language, bonus, and technique/chapter skips, so in that regard, the instructional was ok. As for the actual content of the DVD, well thats where the fair rating comes in. Not to mention the fact that Nino spoke Portuguese throughout the series, with a very monotone translator. It moved at a very slow pace, and for the pace it moved at, more details could've been taught.

Disc 1 was ok in a few of the set ups to get to the Crucifix position, but alot of which could be found on other instructionals, and on the internet. While some of the other set ups I dont see working on anyone higher than white belt level.

Disc 2 was decent. Alot of cranks (more than to my liking). I was hoping to see alot more blood chokes, and solid joint locks, than so many cranks, but to each his own.

Disc 3 was another very basic set of sweeps, in which you can find on Youtube, or other instructionals.

I would recommend this set to the hardcore collector, but a price drop is definately something the producers should take note of.

Really hate to do a bad review but this is not a very good set. Not well taught and almost all the stuff was available on other sets and taught better.

Nino should be embarrassed! This is the worst video I've ever purchased!

I would not even try to dump this crap on someone from ebay. Horrible!
