excellent wrestling dvd. if you dont have a strong wrestling backround this a good dvd for you. mr schalles is an excellent teacher. just beware this is a wrestling dvd. not a wrestling for mma dvd.

Yes, the caveat of the 4-star rater: it's high-school, etc. competative wrestling, but still, if you google Wade's record(s)(s)(s), you'd realize you're learning from the best. I own his DVD's. Very good.
