interesting to see some of the life style of mma fighters. but other then that wouldnt recomend this dvd. mr couture is overall a great fighter but i dont want him to teach me how to box. exspecialy at this point in his career where HE HIMSELF is obviously just learning to box! the greco info is good, but you can find much more good greco instruction by mr couture on his fight to win seris by century vision.

I enjoyed this DVD very much.For the reviewer who said that he didnt want Couture to teach him how to box, Couture boxed in the military and had a background in boxing for a while so his beef with the DVD is illegitamate. The Greco stuff was top notch and you cant beat the price
