Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Takagawa-sensei, who prefers his pen name Sunao Hari, is an Aikikai shihan and practicioner of Shindo Muso-ryu Jojutsu. Tai-no-Jo is his synthesis of these arts and can improve your skills in either art.
This is the best instructional program I have purchased. Hari-sensei demonstrates, then explains, each technique, and follows with another demonstration from a different angle.
While the program is spoken in Japanese; Sensei uses common martial arts terms, so it isn't difficult to follow along.
An excellent program from a fine gentleman.
