Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. I felt it was very detail in showing old school/up to date choking technique. Dvd show chokes from every angle and position easy to follow instrution.I would highly recomend for any student from beginner level to advanced.
