Good combinations between Gi and no Gi techniques. If you want to be a good grappler /jiu-jitsu competitor, I recomended this DVD

Even though there is no English, I loved this disc. Some very cool stuff shown and loaded with techniques that tie together.

Well worth it! Bruno's game is sick especially his gaurd game, alot of the techniques on here are more advanced and since there's no english you may have to view a few more times through, good DVD for the advanced gaurd player!

Excellent Dvd...covers a lot of techniques. Worth more than 40 bucks in my opinion.
