Wow, The detail and information in this one purchase rivals all the information in Dvds and private lessons recieved. The layout is really revolutionary. Lots of pictures with clear symbols to aid in understanding the moves. Arguablly, one of the best martial arts books ever read.

This book is chock full of great info on the guard (especially the defensive side of the guard).

Lots of detailed photos, and well written instructions.

To me, it's one of the best BJJ books out there. Another is Mastering Rubber Guard, but that's a different story.

Recommended for guard players or people who want to improve their guard game.
