a must own for anyone who spends ample time on the mat. if you think it may be a little expensive, try going to the doc cause you got staff, antibiotics and all. plus time off the mat. worth every penny, i use it after every training session.

I like this soap so much, I've been using it even when I haven't been on the mat. Great product and not harsh at all. My skin tends to dry out easily and using this soap causes me zero discomfort. Haven't picked up anything since I've been using it. Gotta love a product that's natural and effective.
