tinguinha is a master of jiu jitsu and most of the sets are great. his extreme open guard, sit up guard and spider guard are all amazing. this dvd was a little bit of a let down it did have some cool stuff and a few different ways of getting the back but all and all not a dvd i was completely happy with.
