Definately an excellent training tool which develops maximum proficiency with little chance of injury. I enjoy using the power tube when doing "solo" training one always can't have the luxury of having a training partner power tubes help me practice the mechanics of my judo throws on a daily basis which in turns helps me when it comes down to {crunch time}. The power tubes also has heped nurse a few injuries I have acquired over the years to a speedy recovery, A DEFINATE training tool for all martial artists.
