Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. There are tons of exercises in these three dvds targeting different parts of the body. I have selected some and made them into a daily routine. I am glad I bought the dvd set. They have been very helpful to me.

Steve Maxwell really built an Excellent DVD Series!
Steve motivates you and shows you a lot of good exercises of different difficult levels.
In my opinion, a must have DVD Set!

I would highly recommend purchasing this dvd. The exercises on disc 2 alone did wonders on helping me with my rubber guard. Also the neck series helped on the rare occasion that an opponent tries to stack me. Purchase this shit. Well worth the money
