Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Another Excelent Title from Shihan!
Steve Cotter does a excellent job demonstrating and explaining a lot of bodyweight exercises.
Like Steve Maxwell's 'Encyclopedia Of Joint Mobility', I think this is a must have DVD Set.
