Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. like already stated in all previous posts this is a great dvd. if you want to get a dvd set and don't know what one to get i would recoomend this set to be the first one you ever pick up. it is good for beginners and advanced alike. everyone can pick someting up from it. i can not wait for the second one to come out.

Very good set. Guard Pass prevention, triangle and back attacks were my favorites. I wasn't a huge fan of the counter attacks. But the rest of it was great. I like the overall concept of the set and Demian illustrating where principles of head and limb control and hip movement fit into all of the common techniques in BJJ. I would definitely like to see more from Demian, especially on passing the guard.
