I have to say I thought it was just my buddie being a gracie beleiver but it's true. Whatever has the Gracie name truly is superior to others.

The gi was a perfect fit until I washed it. The Gi shrunk so bad that my sleeves shrunk an inch and half both sides and the patches all looked oversized. I washed with Cold water and let it air dry.

I agree, the gi was a great fit until it's first cold wash, left to dry and it shrunk badly on the sleeves and also across the chest I don't even wear it know.

I have this Gi. It was a great buy! I washed as instructed and it shrank a little, but not bad enough that it didn't fit.

the most overpriced junk gi ever. i'd rather get two gis instead of this and those gis still would be better than this.

I have used both the competition and regular GB gi and this one is far better. Built to last, comfortable, what else do you want.

This is a great gi, just be careful on the first wash mine did shrink a bit. It's holding up great!

not worth the money, shrunk from size a2 to almost a1 on the first cold wash and hang dry. short sleeves and tight chest area. not as comforable as the vulkan comp or atama comp.

Ha ha I see people at my gym spending up to 200.00 for the signature gb gi which has a smaller back patch. These gi s are trash. It s better off to spend your money on something like a fuji or an HCK or a gameness. Really any gi is better than a gb gi. The lapels are super baby tiny and very easy to manipulate for gi chokes.

People on here are having shrinking problems. Solution, wash it on gentle and use WARM water, then let it air dry. COLD water will make it SHRINK, that goes for any Kimono. Good luck newbies. My experience has been excellent. The Lapel may be thinner, but that means you need to work on your defense and NOT get choked out. Don't blame the Kimono for your poor performance.

Lades and gentlemen the gis do shrink alot. I have been training since 96 and all Gracie Barra gis are Junk. Buy another brand and put the team patches on yourself.
