Absolutely terrible. Addy Hernandez has a lot of potential, but this DVD was atrocious. Her djuru with the blade involves overly complicated maneuverings that, during an adrenalin dump, would cause you to drop the blade. A lot of the movements are fine from the Slamset and as empty handed techniques, but not good with a blade. The scenery is nice, and Addy does an okay job of explaining what she's doing, but I had serious objections to what was deemed as combat-worthy techniques. I've been doing martial arts for 16 years, most of which has a focus on blade combatives, so I'd like to think my opinion has some merit. But to each his/her own.
