Ten stars out of ten. Awesome review of basic kihon and Katas. Midori sensei is really not only a great champion and fighter but also a visionary. Almost all his DVD's are subtitled or dubbed in english. This is truely a "real sensei" way of thinking. After all Karate and most other Martial Arts are practiced world wide and not only in asia.
A little bit pricey but if you can afford it, you'd not be dissapointed at all. Great DVD set.
